View in
Project Overview
iPusnas is a digital library application offered by the National Library which aims to make it easier to access all reading materials in the National Library via mobile phone. This application has various categories which aim to make it easier for users to find their interests or needs. However, as a user of the app, I feel the user experience could be improved at the same time there are some issues and challenges based on reviews with bad ratings therefore I will try to improve the user experience based on those reviews.
Problem Statement
iPusnas users have several problems with application performance and interface design, based on poor ratings of users, having difficulties with certain features which have the potential to harm new users who feel frustrated and confused when interacting with the performance.

Results
Based on the design results I had created, I reconstructed the design by focusing mainly on low-level reviews of applications that provided a bad experience for users. The goal is that users, both old and new, will feel more comfortable, feel more engaged with the application, and make it easier for users to use. So by troubleshooting and comparing with other similar apps, it provides familiarity to users to increase their satisfaction with the app.
